• Full payment is required to confirm any bookings made.

• Cancelations or rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to booking. 

• Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking to allow time for screening and filling in forms.

• We kindly request punctuality. Late arrival will result in a reduction in treatment time. If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late, the client will forfeit their treatment.

• Please be aware of your time slot you've booked for, what time it starts and what time it ends. If the client stays over the agreed time the client will be charged accordingly.

• Please note that the Feline Spa is a place of relaxation and tranquility, no noise will be tolerated. 

• Clients to use outside allocated parking ONLY.

• Drinks and meals are available on the premises, clients will have to pay a R50 corkage fee for every bottle brought in. 

• Meals to be arranged 24hrs in advance.

• Clients are not allowed to eat whilst in the jacuzzi or sauna. 

• Right of admission is reserved. Please note guests must be older than 16 years, unless previous arrangements have been made with Spa Management.

• Feline Spa will not be held responsible for any theft, lost, damage, or misfortune that may occur.
